About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate a co-creation workshop with the Ministry of Defense, PMPP TNI, CSOs, and academia to develop a national WPS training curriculum
  • Develop participatory, scenario-based learning exercises grounded in rapid assessment findings
  • Lead a Training of Trainers (ToT) to build facilitation capacity for resource persons
  • Coordinate and co-facilitate the delivery of national-level WPS training for the defense sector
  • Design and analyze post-training evaluation surveys to ensure evidence-based reporting
  • Document lessons learned and produce a final consultancy report with recommendations for institutional uptake

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social sciences, development studies, gender studies, security studies, or similar (Bachelor's with additional experience accepted)
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in gender equality, WPS, or training design
  • Demonstrated experience in participatory training methodologies (simulations, case studies, role-plays)
  • Proven experience in Women, Peace and Security programming or gender-responsive institutional reform
  • Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder processes involving government and civil society
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
