UN Women: HR Consultant – Surge and Capacity Building (Retainer), Home-Based, National Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management and ROAP HR colleagues on overall HR management
• Provide surge support to ROAP and field offices, leading HR processes including recruitment of local and international staff and consultants
• Administer benefits, entitlements, onboarding, contract maintenance, and offboarding
• Coordinate with Operations and Budget on position management to ensure funding and contract alignment
• Review and advise on HR planning, including corporate B/AWP and project planning
• Provide capacity building to HR staff within the Asia-Pacific region

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in human resources management, organizational development, business administration, or public administration
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management
• Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and benefits administration
• Experience in HR business partnering
• Mandatory experience working within the UN system
• Experience at regional and country levels in Asia and the Pacific
• Fluency in English and Thai
