About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to inception report design, methodology, evaluation matrix and data collection tools
- Participate in interviews, focus groups and data analysis with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to draft and final evaluation reports, including up to four case studies
- Provide strategic, actionable recommendations on UN Women's coordination architecture
Requirements
- Master's degree in evaluation, social science, international relations or development
- Minimum 10 years of progressive evaluation experience in normative, development or humanitarian contexts
- Experience leading or contributing to complex corporate or system-wide evaluations
- Gender-responsive evaluation and gender equality analysis experience
- Experience with UN system coordination mechanisms and accountability frameworks
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of another UN official language (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish)
- Experience in evaluation use and knowledge management
- Experience with UN Women's triple mandate and coordination activities
