About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the Technology project governance framework and PMO standards
- Lead project health checks, quality reviews and assurance assessments
- Own portfolio dashboards, reporting standards and data quality controls
- Coordinate governance forums, decision papers and action tracking
- Develop the PM Governance workforce, FTE plan and capacity management
- Create development plans and succession readiness for UAE Nationals
- Monitor benefits realization and escalate material variances

- Portfolio governance, investment controls and benefits realization
- Project assurance, stage-gate governance and audit readiness
- Portfolio reporting, executive dashboards and KPIs
- Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery governance
- Stakeholder management and executive communication
- Leadership and coaching of a PM Governance team
