About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient service to all walk-in customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and resolve issues
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services
- Handle debit card, cheque, standing order, funds transfer and certificate services
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by branch management
Requirements
- Knowledge of ADIB retail and institutional banking products
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
- Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Fair knowledge of service standards
- Knowledge of cross sales
- Computer skills
