Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and key stakeholders
  • Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to Career Services needs
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
  • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to influence product features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in higher education (Career Services, Employer Relations, or University Recruiting)
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Hunter sales mentality with strong prospecting skills
  • Ability to manage own pipeline as a self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong data or technology experience
