About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and interpret relevant international and industry standards
- Conduct standards gap assessments and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop guidance, checklists, compliance matrices and reference materials
- Review policies and documentation for alignment with standards
- Support quality, risk, information-security, sustainability and governance initiatives
- Prepare technical reports, briefing papers and presentations
- Collaborate with technical, research, policy and operational teams
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to interpret technical standards and complex guidance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer training
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 31000 or ISO 14001
- Knowledge of an additional international language
