About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client orders on the ADX and DFM exchanges in compliance with regulations
- Pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking and digital channels
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and risk appetite
- Enforce AML/CTF, client onboarding and trade settlement policies
- Monitor market trends, analyze portfolios and suggest trading actions
- Follow up on overdue settlement trades within market control rules
- Lead and mentor junior brokers and manage team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field
- Mandatory SCA-licensed broker
- 5-8 years in equity trading, portfolio management or client-facing roles
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC financial markets and margin trading regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg Terminal and Reuters Eikon
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- Track record of negotiating large-scale trades or managing high-net-worth portfolios
