About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs
- Manage pacing, spend efficiency, and KPI performance for the utility app suite
- Own and inform ASO strategy including keyword strategy and store listing optimization
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to uncover actionable insights
- Identify and test new growth channels and networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app ads with seven-figure monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Proven ability to scale UA efficiently in a mobile-first environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and Singular
- AI-native mindset with ability to build AI-driven workflows
- Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
