About the Company

NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system. We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end media management including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPI/CAC, ROAS, payback, and retention
  • Diagnose performance shifts related to creative fatigue, audience changes, funnel changes, or attribution issues
  • Maintain account hygiene including naming conventions, UTM/parameter integrity, QA checks, and documentation
  • Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of paid media experience (agency or consumer app experience preferred)
  • Expertise in Meta is required
  • Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to craft compelling decks for client meetings
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of mobile advertising including SKAN, AEM, and MMPs
