About the Company
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. This integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is located on a picturesque island in the Arabian Gulf.
Responsibilities
- Greet audience members warmly and assist with queries
- Provide directions to seats, facilities, and concessions
- Deliver exceptional service to patrons, including VIP and access customers
- Check physical and digital tickets efficiently and courteously
- Direct latecomers to designated entry points at appropriate intervals
- Monitor audience behavior and report disruptions to management or security
- Support safe evacuation of the theatre in case of an emergency
- Enforce house policies regarding photography, mobile use, and conduct
- Assist patrons with mobility, hearing, or other access needs
- Act as an Access Host for patrons and their service animals when required
- Ensure the auditorium, foyer, and restrooms remain clean and tidy
- Distribute and collect programmes or promotional material
- Participate in pre-show briefings and debriefs
- Work closely with Front of House staff, box office, and security personnel
Requirements
- 2 years in a Theatre Usher or Hospitality service industry preferred
- Familiarity with West End, Broadway, or Theatre venues
- Ability to manage staff and perform under pressure
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and pride in venue presentation
- Team player with a flexible attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic first aid training (optional, can be provided)
