About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the experience strategy and design vision across web and app
- Own the end-to-end experience lifecycle from discovery to optimization
- Design AI-enabled and data-driven experiences including personalization and conversational interfaces
- Lead discovery, research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Marketing teams
- Evolve scalable design systems and governance standards
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and security
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Experience Design (UX/UI/Product Design)
- Proven track record of delivering complex transactional digital journeys
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
- Experience designing data-driven or AI-enabled digital experiences
- Ability to connect design decisions to commercial outcomes
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience in ecommerce, travel, loyalty, or fintech preferred
