About the role
Responsibilities
- Building value proposition and negotiation strategies for key brands
- Mapping decision processes and identifying key decision makers
- Organizing regular interactions with cross-function teams
- Leading the execution of the Key Account Excellence process
- Building relationships with stakeholders at the medication access level
- Ensuring reimbursement of new products through insurance codes and renewals
- Liaising with Patient Support Program coordinators and Pricing teams
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry promotion
- Demonstrated track record of introducing new products in Hospitals
- Experience in Access negotiations with Hospital Pharmacists and other key decision makers
- Thorough knowledge of local decision makers
- Proficient in scientific and promotional presentations
- Ability to read scientific articles and perform oral presentations in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Key Account Management or Access Management experience
- University Degree in Life Sciences or Health Economics
- Post-graduate degree or courses in Negotiation or Communication Techniques
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
