About the role
Responsibilities
- Distribute cards and collect KYC documentation from authorized individuals in compliance with regulations
- Onboard cardholders to the mobile app and educate them on product usage
- Provide financial inclusion training to assist users with day-to-day card and app issues
- Conduct remittance visits on salary days to assist with money transfers via the app
- Execute marketing campaigns and award ceremonies at employee residences
- Conduct fraud awareness training at employee residences
- Deliver corporate VAS training presentations to payroll and welfare teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce
- Demonstrable experience as a field officer for banking products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Multilingual capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
