About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding through SAP Ariba and relevant vendor management systems
- Review supplier questionnaires and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
- Identify duplicate supplier records and maintain accurate master data
- Support Third-Party Risk Management due diligence and risk assessments
- Conduct risk-based supplier site visits and track corrective actions
- Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved AI tools for correspondence, reports and analysis
- Monitor document validity, cleanse supplier data and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Practical proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Supplier onboarding and vendor master-data management
- Working knowledge of SAP Ariba or comparable platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel, data-validation and reporting skills
- TPRM fundamentals and audit-evidence management
- Problem-solving and clear communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Copilot Studio, Microsoft Lists or Power Automate experience
- Digital process improvement and change management
- Supplier site-visit experience
