About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the loan origination process by reviewing and verifying customer information and documentation
- Work directly with applicants to collect required documents
- Validate income and identity information
- Ensure all application requirements are met accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Ability to review and verify customer information and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review\n- Availability to work 10am-7pm CT, Monday-Friday
