Responsibilities
- Support strategy consultants in daily operations including follow-ups and documentation
- Conduct telephone contact with prospects for structured pre-qualification
- Plan and coordinate appointments according to fixed processes
- Prepare and follow up on consulting sessions
- Assist with trade fairs and events through organization and list management
Requirements
- Organized, precise, and conscientious work style
- Ability to think in processes and implement existing structures
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Resilience, punctuality, and high sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of marketing or consulting is helpful but not required
