About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and research potential new customers
- Conduct initial telephone outreach (Cold Calling) and qualify prospects
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Utilize modern sales tools such as LinkedIn, Lead Forensics, and Lusha
- Assist in building a successful sales pipeline and processing incoming leads
- Maintain CRM data and documentation
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales and communication
- Enjoyment of phone calls and interacting with people
- High level of self-initiative and motivation
- Structured approach to work
- Good written and spoken German skills
- English language skills are an advantage
- Initial sales experience is welcome but not required
