About the role
Responsibilities
- Full command and responsibility for the vessel, crew, and cargo
- Ensure safe navigation and compliance with international maritime regulations
- Oversee vessel maintenance and operational efficiency
- Manage crew training, safety drills, and onboard discipline
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for voyage and technical operations
Requirements
- Valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Extensive experience in vessel command and maritime operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of international maritime laws and safety standards
