Vice President, Client Coverage (Abu Dhabi, Asset Servicing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to manage, retain, and grow existing client relationships across assigned segments and markets
• Identify opportunities to expand client business and drive incremental account growth through cross-sell and broader solution engagement
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders on achieving business objectives
• Promote BNY's services and product capabilities by aligning solutions to client needs
• Support commercial discussions, including deal structure, pricing, and contract terms
• Share market and industry insights with clients regarding emerging trends and operating models
• Recommend product and service enhancements to improve the client value proposition
• Maintain a strong understanding of client activity and serve as a senior point of escalation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
• Significant experience in relationship management, client coverage, sales, or consulting within financial services
• 5+ years experience supporting asset servicing clients, specifically within the UAE and GCC
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deepen senior client relationships
• Strong track record of achieving commercial, revenue, or growth objectives
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language capability is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with asset owners, sovereign-related institutions, pension funds, or large strategic clients
• Exposure to digital, data, or financial technology-enabled solutions
• Experience operating in a regional or multi-market coverage role across the Middle East
• Established network and credibility within the Middle East institutional client market
