About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex day-to-day issues related to Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events for external clients
- Lead team members in supporting major clients to resolve operational and technical issues
- Analyze information using advanced problem solving skills and judgment
- Deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base through masterful communication
- Provide clients with information on BNY products and services across various lines of business and geographies
- Lead business development efforts based on expert understanding of client needs
- Propose expanded service offerings to clients for front office consideration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the full lifecycle of Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Action events
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
