About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Rakbank's collections capability into a fully data-driven, digitally enabled, and AI-powered function
- Own the design of the Bank's collections strategies, segmentation models, treatment frameworks, and decisioning logic
- Influence portfolio performance, customer outcomes, loss performance, and cost-to-collect metrics
- Work at the intersection of Risk, Data Science, Technology, Customer Experience, and Collections Operations
- Shape the future of collections across conventional and Islamic lending products
