Vice President- Credit Management (UAE National Only)

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain a sound loan portfolio to minimize loan losses and maximize return on assets
• Evaluate creditworthiness and debt payment capacity of borrowers to recommend sound credit facilities
• Develop and spread a credit culture within the branch through training, counselling, and advising
• Review and implement changes to credit policies and procedures periodically
• Assist Branch Managers and Team Leaders in structuring credit lines that meet client needs within risk criteria
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and minimize migration across risk grades
• Detect warning signals early to ensure timely corrective action

Requirements

• University Graduate (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• 10-15 years of lending experience
• 4-6 years of experience at a managerial level
• High degree of lending, analytical, and judgement skills across various industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
