Vice President Database Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the gaming reinvestment strategy across all gaming customer segments
• Lead long-term reinvestment strategy aligned with profitability targets
• Oversee predictive modeling strategy including ADT forecasting, trip propensity, and churn
• Manage direct mail, email, SMS, digital, and app-based campaigns
• Establish testing frameworks such as A/B and holdout groups
• Partner with Finance to align reinvestment with EBITDA targets
• Lead CRM, Campaign Management, Data Science, and Marketing Operations teams
• Develop executive dashboards for reinvestment %, margin, and ROI

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in database marketing, CRM, analytics, or gaming marketing
• Deep understanding of ADT modeling, reinvestment strategy, and comp economics
• Proven experience leading data science and analytics teams
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L impact
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an integrated resort or high-end gaming environment
• Familiarity with gaming management and patron tracking systems
• Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
