Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead long-range planning and translate company strategy into multi-year financial plans
  • Own and evolve the enterprise financial model for growth and profitability analysis
  • Manage company-wide forecasting across revenue, COGS, EBITDA, and cash flow
  • Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly performance management
  • Prepare board, executive, and corporate reporting materials
  • Support equity raises, debt, and capital markets initiatives
  • Lead financial modeling for strategic decisions like pricing, channel expansion, and new products
  • Design and implement scalable FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
  • Build, structure, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Experience in high-growth CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products preferred
  • Proven ability to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong commercial and operational finance acumen (revenue planning, margin analysis, pricing)
  • Experience preparing board and investor-facing financial materials
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting, and budgeting
  • Track record of building scalable financial systems and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, NetSuite, and AI tools
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for meetings and offsites
