Vice President - Gaming Marketing Services

About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering 1,530 rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the VIP Services department.
• Lead operational planning and resource allocation across Coordinator and Telemarketing teams.
• Serve as the executive liaison between Gaming Marketing, Gaming, and Resort Operations.
• Oversee the entire VIP guest journey including reservations, arrival, and in-house experience.
• Manage VIP Service Coordinators to deliver luxury-standard guest experiences.
• Lead the Telemarketing team to reactivate and invite VIP patrons using data-driven campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulatory frameworks, AML/CTF obligations, and data privacy standards.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in VIP Services, Gaming Marketing, or Luxury Hospitality.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven record managing multi-national service teams in high-end resort environments.
• Deep understanding of VIP customer management and relationship marketing.
• Familiarity with UAE AML/CTF compliance and gaming regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or IGT Advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Regional experience in GCC or Asia luxury gaming/hospitality markets.
