Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and growth of SME lending programs
- Drive portfolio growth while maintaining strong risk discipline
- Collaborate with Business, Risk, Credit, and Technology teams
- Deliver innovative, digitally enabled lending solutions to support SME customers
- Shape the future of SME lending reporting to the Head of Business Banking Products
Requirements
- Proven experience in SME lending and program development
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep understanding of risk and credit discipline
- Ability to implement digital lending solutions
