About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury rooms, fine dining, and world-class entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies to expand international market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth players, premium gaming agents, and luxury travel networks.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate international marketing and host teams across key global markets.
• Manage and optimize marketing and reinvestment budgets with a focus on ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in international gaming or luxury hospitality marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Management.
• Proven track record of managing multicultural teams and high-value client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in global luxury gaming hubs like Las Vegas, Macau, or Singapore.
• Established network of VIP clients and luxury partners.
• Expertise in CRM systems and data analytics.
