Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regulatory, risk, compliance, and financial crime engagements for financial institutions across the UAE and GCC region
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Boards and Executive Management
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships and drive business development
• Direct risk-based reviews, identifying control deficiencies and compliance gaps
• Lead engagement teams, providing coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues
• Oversee data analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making
• Review and approve reports and presentations for clients and regulators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience within a regulator, financial institution, or professional services organization
• Demonstrated experience leading regulatory, compliance, or risk management advisory engagements
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and industry practices
• Significant exposure to UAE-regulated financial institutions and UAE regulatory frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional certifications such as ICA, CISI, ACAMS, CFA, FRM, CIA, or CPA are highly desirable
