About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HR strategy to support international growth plans
- Advise the COO and executive leadership team on people strategy and organizational structure
- Build a scalable HR operating model across KSA and international markets
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and systems across multiple countries
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure scalability
- Develop international talent acquisition and management frameworks
- Design performance management, compensation, and incentive frameworks for international markets
- Preserve entrepreneurial culture while introducing structure for international scale
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR function and act as a business partner to executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Significant experience in international or multi-market environments
- Proven track record of scaling HR functions in high-growth companies
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Experience supporting expansion in KSA, UAE, MENA, Europe, or the UK
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment models and compliance
- Experience advising C-suite executives on people strategy and culture
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) preferred
