Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships to expand reach and generate revenue
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with mission and growth strategy
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with employers, health plans, and healthcare organizations
• Lead discovery conversations and design customized partnership models
• Lead negotiations from initial conversations through signed agreements
• Coordinate legal, operational, and clinical stakeholders for implementation

Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or executive leadership
• Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B healthcare partnerships
• Existing relationships with executive decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer contracting, and value-based care
• Outstanding communication and executive relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
