About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead consistent product management practices across the company
- Lead Magna's product management team and partner with Business Unit leadership in a matrixed environment
- Contribute to product strategy, planning and prioritization using client, market and operational insights
- Turn strategic priorities into well-defined roadmaps and coordinated execution
- Bridge Business Units, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Client Success
- Own enterprise-wide products such as the client portal
- Work with the CTO and Engineering leadership on product priorities and feasibility
