About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Quality practice P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization and hiring
- Build and execute the practice's long-term growth and service strategy
- Provide strategic GxP leadership across GMP, GCP, GLP and quality systems
- Serve as trusted advisor to client executive leadership teams
- Partner with Business Development on proposals and client relationships
- Lead, mentor and develop senior Quality leaders and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech Quality organizations
- Significant leadership experience managing GxP Quality functions
- Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH and global GxP regulations
- Proven success building or scaling Quality organizations
- Strong financial acumen and client-facing communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD)
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Experience with financial management and P&L responsibility
