About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to RFP submission, finalist presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
- Leverage Salesforce.com to track and report sales activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regional brokers, consultants, and direct client relationships
- Strengthen existing broker and consultant relationships to enhance brand awareness
- Deliver compelling sales presentations communicating the value of PBM solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, underwriting, and implementation teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 15+ years of sales experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PharmD
