About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to RFP submission and contract execution
- Oversee the RFP process from initial discussions to finalist presentations
- Strengthen regional broker and consultant relationships and direct employer relationships
- Deliver sales presentations and assist in contract negotiations
- Track sales activity in Salesforce and report on growth objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, underwriting, implementation and client management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 15+ years of sales experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, ideally PBM
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SharePoint
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PharmD
