Vice President - Wealth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute wealth management strategies aligned with sales department objectives
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients and institutional investors
• Act as a trusted advisor offering tailored real estate wealth management solutions
• Identify new segments and emerging financial markets to uncover business opportunities
• Develop business opportunities such as joint ventures, build-to-suit, and land sales
• Manage client relationships to ensure successful transaction completions
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Provide personalized financial advice and manage investment portfolios
• Promote the division and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in wealth management within a real estate or developer firm preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience
• Background in real estate, banking, or investment consultancy
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market and competitor products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (MBA preferred)"}
