About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Principal to lead school-wide improvement
- Uphold high academic and pastoral standards
- Champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential
- Play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership and staff development
- Manage day-to-day operational excellence of the school
- Use data analysis to inform decision-making and drive school improvement
Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or equivalent CPD qualification
- Minimum 6 years of teaching experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
- Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, policies, and compliance
- Excellent English communication skills
- Master's Degree, Teaching License, and Teaching Diploma
- IELTS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE or international school experience
- Bilingual capabilities
