Video Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content
• Shoot and edit videos, including interviews, event highlights, and corporate content
• Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras or mobile equipment
• Work with marketing, design, and social media teams to execute content plans
• Stay updated with social media trends, transitions, and platform best practices
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and visual identity
• Create performance-focused Meta ad content, including short-form videos for Reels and Stories
• Develop multiple creative variations for paid and organic campaigns

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in content creation, videography, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Film Production, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform trends
• Ability to provide a portfolio or show reel of previous work
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for corporate, B2B, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway
• Understanding of content performance metrics like reach and engagement
