Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos end to end for CoinPoker's YouTube channel and partner content
• Shape poker footage into compelling stories by finding narrative tension and pacing
• Craft strong openings and maintain audience retention throughout videos
• Adapt tone, pacing, and style to fit different ambassadors and partner voices
• Handle finishing craft including sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and color
• Apply structural feedback and retention findings to improve subsequent edits
• Manage an edit pipeline to deliver reliably against a content calendar
• Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams regarding footage and briefs
• Utilize AI and modern editing tools to optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Portfolio of long-form edits demonstrating audience retention
• Deep understanding of poker as content (players, stakes, and storytelling)
• Strong story instincts including structure, pacing, and tension
• High standard of finishing craft in sound design, motion graphics, and color
• Ability to adapt style across different brands and channels
• Proven ability to manage a personal edit pipeline and meet deadlines
• Comfort with receiving and applying structural and retention-based feedback
• Fluency with professional editing software and AI tooling
