Responsibilities

• Create at volume by producing a steady, high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube
• Edit to a high bar, focusing on pacing, motion, sound design, and finishing details
• Master the AI creative stack and work fluently across various tools
• Own the output from concept and storyboard to generation and final edit
• Set the standard by studying high-performing global content

Requirements

• Standout portfolio demonstrating taste and range
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Deep fluency with AI creative tools and the global model landscape
• Sharp instinct for Instagram and YouTube performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
• Ability to work with speed, ownership, and high output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running social accounts with real engagement
• Comfort being on camera or directing talent
