Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video content according to creative direction and deadlines
• Add motion graphics, captions, and lower thirds
• Optimize audio levels, color grading, and transitions
• Manage project files, version control, and asset organization
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and other editors to incorporate feedback
• Ensure all edits meet technical specifications and platform requirements for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

Requirements

• Proven experience editing professional video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar NLE
• Basic knowledge of After Effects
• Experience with audio editing tools
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with current editing trends for social media platforms
