Responsibilities

• Develop long-form video concepts for the YouTube channel and ambassador/partner content
• Plan and source footage from streams, tournament coverage, or commissioned shoots
• Shape video stories and structures to maximize audience retention
• Direct the editing process to ensure high quality, strong pacing, and brand consistency
• Manage production schedules across multiple channels to meet content calendar deadlines
• Apply performance feedback and retention data to improve future video concepts
• Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams on content briefs and turnarounds
• Utilize AI and modern production tools to optimize output

Requirements

• Portfolio of produced long-form video content with proven audience engagement
• Deep understanding of poker as a content medium (players, stakes, and narratives)
• Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle from concept to finished piece
• Strong storytelling, structural instincts, and narrative judgment
• Ability to manage multiple production schedules and deliver reliably
• Proficiency with professional editing and production software stacks
• Experience using AI tooling in the production workflow
