Videographer

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for real estate projects, properties, developments, and lifestyle campaigns
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and digital advertising
• Film property walkthroughs, project launches, amenities, and construction progress
• Produce cinematic property videos highlighting architecture, interiors, and landscaping
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on video concepts
• Handle complete video production including pre-production, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, and color grading
• Capture aerial/drone footage where required
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists
• Edit videos using professional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Maintain and organize video assets and content libraries
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains a premium real estate visual identity

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle
• Proven portfolio demonstrating real estate/property videography
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and microphones
• Strong skills in video editing and post-production
• Experience creating short-form social media content and property reels
• Knowledge of cinematic filming techniques, composition, and storytelling
• Experience with drone photography/videography is an advantage
• Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
