About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for social media and paid advertising
- Translate client briefs into video concepts, hooks, scripts, and talking points
- Guide clients on posing, delivery, and on-camera presence
- Manage shoot preparation including shot lists, equipment, lighting, and audio
- Produce platform-appropriate videos with captions and calls to action
- Manage footage, revisions, and deadlines across multiple client projects
Requirements
- 3+ years in videography, video editing, and social media content
- Strong portfolio of short-form and branded content
- Ability to direct and coach people on camera
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Camera operation, lighting, and audio recording skills
- Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately

- Digital marketing agency experience
