About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort villa guests, ensuring a personalized arrival experience
- Coordinate reservations and special requests for villa guests
- Liaise with butlers and villa staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain knowledge of resort facilities to assist guests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or villa/guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional presentation
- Discretion and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
