About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients with personalized support
- Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Improve engagement and retention through personalized promotions and campaigns
- Monitor client activity and identify portfolio improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, maintain client records
Requirements
- Previous VIP account management, customer support, sales, or similar client-facing experience
- English communication, upper intermediate level
- Managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities
- Building client relationships and providing personalized support
- Experience in the iGaming industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills
