About the role
About the Company
When We First is the first dating app designed by an experienced matchmaking executive. We uniquely combine a dating app with a high-end matchmaking service, helping clients foster meaningful relationships with the perfect blend of advanced technology and expert human interaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of matchmaking clients, conducting weekly check-ins and facilitating coaching sessions
- Match clients based on compatibility, relationship goals, and preferences
- Ensure client profiles and activity are kept up-to-date in the CRM
- Coordinate dates for clients, including making reservations and communicating details
- Track date schedules and ensure timely follow-up with clients and matches
- Upgrade or renew matchmaking clients as appropriate
- Assist with profile reviews, recruiting matches, and light event planning during the launch phase
- Attend launch/recruiting events in your region
Requirements
- At least five years of proven success in matchmaking
- Proven track record of working with high-end clients and coaching experience
- Strong client service background
- Experience working in both face-to-face and remote environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (especially Salesforce), Outlook, and softphone technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in documentation
