VIP Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients via frequent communication
• Build customer service processes, management rules, and track key customer status
• Analyze client behavior and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with various stakeholders to provide optimal service solutions

Requirements

• Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, or private bank customers
• Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in sales and client services with an international financial background
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain multi-tasking skills
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry
