Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region
- Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic outreach and consistent communication
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-value prospects through market intelligence and industry networks
- Guide clients through OKX's product offerings, VIP structure, and onboarding journey
- Drive revenue growth by converting new opportunities and increasing engagement across existing accounts
- Collaborate with growth, product, and BI teams to support client acquisition
- Contribute to regional growth strategies and participate in marketing activities and industry events
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales, or client services within cryptocurrency, finance, or FX
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value client portfolios
- Strong relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
- Established network within the MENA trading or digital asset ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel across MENA and other regions as required

- Proven track record with VIP/high-value clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Data-driven analytical approach
- English fluency (Arabic preferred)
- Open to business travel in MENA region
