Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients
  • Proactively identify and prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach and events
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Guide clients through the product suite, VIP tier structure, and fee benefits
  • Drive VIP upgrades and upsell relevant product configurations to grow revenue
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay client feedback
  • Participate in regional online and offline events and business development activities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Operate in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in crypto, finance, FX, or a related field is ideal
  • Strong hunger for sales, including outreach, pitching, and closing
  • Basic understanding of trading products and familiarity with crypto exchanges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in tracking pipelines and analyzing client activity data
  • Willingness to travel across CIS, MENA, SEA, or other regions
  • Native Russian and fluency in English are required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with derivatives and crypto exchange platforms
